Grande Prairie Live Theatre’s Rising Stars Summer Drama Program is looking for community-minded sponsors to help empower the next generation of performers!

Rising Stars is a summer theatre school dedicated to teaching youth aged 7-18 in Grande Prairie and surrounding areas the power of their voice in art. We teach the fundamental building blocks of theatre education, theatre games, and help youth experience their first theatre family! Each week is themed around a unique play, which students spend their time learning. Students will explore acting skills, storytelling, and working together to bring an original story to life on stage. The goal isn’t just performance; it’s growth, creativity, and a love of theatre.

To amplify our program for the youth, we ask the community to help with donations. We are always open to receiving cash, gift cards, or gifts-in-kind!

To offer our thanks, we will make our best efforts to recognize your company for supporting local youth in discovering the joy of theatre. Depending on the value of your contribution, we can offer:

• Your company logo/name on our student/instructor shirts (250 total).

• Your company verbally recognized in the introduction of our performances (18 total).

• Posters of your company logo/name hung in the theatre lobbies during performances.

• Your company logo/name displayed on our TVs during performances.

• Your company logo/name published on our website for one year.

• An individual sponsorship post published on our Instagram and Facebook.

• Your company logo/name included in our weekly end–of-camp camp videos.

• Ticket vouchers to GPLT season plays.
